The head Concierge Mustafa was exceptionally kind and helpful. The assistance from the concierge was A+, from baggage to advice on trains, tours, directions, shows. Not at all pretentious though just very courteous. The breakfast is delicious and the service all top notch. The decor of hotel was so elegant, beautiful lobby, siting area, restaurant, bar and garden terrace just perfect for enjoying meal, wine, music. Very comfy bed, linens, robe, coffee teas, nice window that opened. My room ( single) was beautiful and cozy with lovely full bath, great tub and rain shower, lots counter space. From the moment I walked in, there were several staff to assist me with anything I needed. Was a little nervous and looked for a hotel that would be extra helpful and comfortable. This hotel has everything I love charm, class, elegance, comfort, impeccable service, fabulous location and the immediate ability to make you feel welcome, while away from home.
